PCOS Living Blog Update: Having a Baby and Being A Mom

Well it has been a while since my last post. A lot has been going on since then and I wanted to share with you the latest and greatest.

I have been taking some time for myself because I gave birth to my little boy in February. He is almost 3 months now and has changed my world for the better. I love this little guy so much and am enjoying our quality time together. He is a healthy and happy baby. :) Everything I did was to have a healthy baby and I am marveling in this new soul. That being said...

Being a new mom is one of the hardest jobs, but one of the most rewarding.

Since I have been taking care of my guy, I haven't had a lot of spare time to write my weekly posts...when I do have a spare moment I try to get a little rest (since I don't really know what sleep is anymore) or get things done around the house. More than likely, I am trying to sneak in a shower!

However, I am not abandoning or giving up on PCOS Living. I will try to get as many posts up as possible because ultimately I care about helping you. That is the reason I am doing this blog. I believe in paying it forward. Trying to find good information about PCOS and PCOS management is overwhelming and disheartening. Information is lacking. That is why I blog about the ways in which I have been successful and I strive to provide you with tips and strategies that actually work. How do I know they work? I know because I was the guinea pig. So please be patient with me and keep checking back for new posts/events on the site. I'm working on figuring out my new normal as quickly as I can.

In the meantime, here are a few new things that you should know about:

If you haven't seen already, I have created a FREE email course to help you shed your PCOS waistline.  Just register here. I give great actionable tips that will help you achieve your goals. Sometimes you just need to know where to start and in this course I help you do that. it isn't some quick fix that promises pounds will drop in five days. These are simple techniques you can make part of your lifestyle to have success moving forward on your journey. I hope you will sign up and find it helpful.

Want to know how I have been successful? I have also created a 7-day plan that includes a week of meals and exercises designed for women with PCOS. It also includes a shopping list, cooking and prep tips, and meal and workout printables to keep you accountable. I constantly am being asked by others, what do I do? Well here is a peek behind the curtain. It has worked for me and I hope it will kickstart your journey to health.

It is possible to lose weight, get healthy, and to overcome your symptoms. If I can do it, so can you!

Interested in the plan? You can get it here.

Until my next post, stay positive and keep fighting the good fight!
