Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Who doesn’t love a cold smoothie?  I know I enjoy a smoothie, especially during the warmer months. A good smoothie recipe can be hard to come by because a lot of them are sugar heavy and loaded with carbs. This smoothie is packed with protein and low in carbs.  The recipe I am going to share with you comes from my own experimentation. I hope you enjoy it! I think it is a crowd pleaser!

 

Ingredients:

  •       4 oz. Siggi’s Vanilla Bean Yogurt
  •       1 cup of Frozen Strawberries (make sure there is no added sugar)
  •       1 cup of cold water
  •      A splash of lemon juice
  •      A sprinkle of stevia

Add everything to a blender and blend until it is smooth. If it is too thick for your liking add some more liquid. I prefer my smoothie to be thicker!
