Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie Recipe | PCOS Friendly
Who doesn’t love a cold smoothie?
I know I enjoy a smoothie, especially during the warmer months. A good smoothie recipe can be hard to come by because a lot of them are sugar heavy and loaded with carbs. This smoothie is packed with protein and low in carbs. The recipe I am going to share with you comes from my own experimentation. I hope you enjoy it! I think it is a crowd pleaser!
- 4 oz. Siggi’s Vanilla Bean Yogurt
- 1 cup of Frozen Strawberries (make sure there is no added sugar)
- 1 cup of cold water
- A splash of lemon juice
- A sprinkle of stevia
Add everything to a blender and blend until it is smooth. If it is too thick for your liking, add some more liquid. I prefer my smoothie to be thicker since it feels more filling!
